Welder / Fabricator
Leicester (Full Time/Permanent)

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding with accuracy and consistency.

Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication.

Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to meet project dimensions and tolerances.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Assist in the preparation of finished products or structures as needed for paint and powder-coating.
Experience:

Proven experience across various welding techniques.

Hands-on fabrication experience working with sheet metal, mechanical assemblies, or structural components.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment used in industrial settings.

Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.

Prior experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred.
Evening Shift Workers

Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines

Support team members in moving materials from storage areas to work areas.

Experience:

Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of how tools and equipment operate

Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively

Previous experience in assembly work or warehouse environments is highly desirable
